San Diego Yoga Studio of Iyengar Yoga

Shri B.K.S. Iyengar developed this method after more than sixty years of practice and study, and is considered the foremost Yoga teacher in the world.  The method is precise and integrates alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.  Yoga increases vitality, concentration and a sense of well being.  The relaxation at the end brings one to a more centered space, ready to meet the demands of modern life.
